Mr. Reginald Snyder is an experienced trial lawyer whose litigation practice primarily focuses on contract, construction, and real estate disputes. His 20-years of experience handling disputes in Georgia, Alabama, and Texas allows him to represent a wide range of clients and manage various litigation matters.

Mr. Snyder’s career began in Birmingham, Alabama as part of a large law firm where his litigation practice primarily involved handling contract and construction disputes, products liability, employment litigation and personal injury. In 2000, Mr. Snyder moved to Houston, Texas to work for a large, national law firm where he handled a variety of commercial and products liability litigation matters. He successfully tried several, multi-million dollar commercial disputes and products liability cases, and he prepared several, multi-million dollar products liability cases for jury trial. In 2008, Mr. Snyder moved to Atlanta, Georgia to work for a large, international law firm where he handled commercial and products liability litigation for national insurance companies. His experience grew in real estate development and litigation after he joined a small, commercial real estate law firm where he represented national commercial real estate owners, property managers, and landlords advising them on navigating pre-litigation lease disputes, interpreting and enforcing lease terms, drafting lease amendments, and complying with municipal, county and state ordinances, including building, fire and zoning codes. Mr. Snyder also negotiated lease terms, managed dispossessory bench trials to evict defaulting tenants, and negotiated numerous monetary settlements with various vendors, sub-contractors, and defaulting tenants.

In 2010, Mr. Snyder co-founded his own law firm in Atlanta where he primarily handled contract, construction, and real estate disputes on behalf of numerous private and publicly-traded companies, city and county governments, quasi-governmental entities, and the State of Georgia as a Special Assistant Attorney General.Among other things, he helped his clients negotiate, interpret, and enforce partnership and joint venture agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements. In May 2019, Mr. Snyder joined a large, regional law firm in Atlanta as a Partner, and his practice continues to primarily handle contract, construction, and real estate disputes for numerous private and publicly-traded companies, city and county governments, quasi-governmental entities, and the State of Georgia. Mr. Snyder is married and has two children.
