Mr. Rousseau is a certified public accountant and brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, market research and strategic planning, working with publicly traded to mid-sized to small businesses in various industries. His real estate experience consists of real estate and construction development (RECD), leasing and investment sales. RECD experience includes advisory services, underwriting, market research and analysis, project conceptualization, master plan and stakeholder considerations, capital stack, deal structuring and packing, site identification, acquisitions, due diligence, construction accounting, and stakeholder reporting across multifamily, office, medical office, residential, retail and special purpose real estate property types. Leasing and investment sales experience include office, retail, mixed-use and multi-family property types. Mr. Rousseau has worked across the real estate spectrum working on development projects ranging from 5 million to 150 million.

As a thought-leader, Mr. Rousseau leverages his finance, deal structuring, and marketing research background to conceptualize, structure and deliver scalable and sustainable real estate projects, considering stakeholders and project challenges. His efforts within Ciropic center on project conceptualization, site selection, asset acquisition, deal structuring and oversight of accounting & reporting. He also aids with project design, A/E & costs review, and budgeting through construction process, supporting construction and project management team members. Mr. Rousseau focuses on workforce and affordable housing, which includes low income housing tax credits, live work play mixed-use communities, senior communities and office properties. Economic revitalization projects with community-centric approach, connectivity, and sustainable programming are a passion for him.

His prior work experiences have included advising on tax impacts of foreign & domestic reorganizations and asset transfers; establishment of tax credit practice areas; budgeting, forecasting, and accounting & reporting for companies; marketing research, marketing analysis & forecasting; tax planning and compliance for business formation, operations and exit strategies for partnerships, s-corporations and c-corporations; telecommunications asset deployment and utilization forecasting and reporting; oversight of financial statement preparation and footnote disclosure; operations assessment, business modeling and strategic planning.

He and his wife of 15 years, Camille, live in DeKalb County with their daughter.
