Mr. Stewart holds an MBA in finance and real estate and brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of business planning, strategy, finance and operations. Kerry has experience with both small to mid-size private entities to larger Corporate 500 companies, working in banking, real estate, financial consulting and other industries. He has negotiated the terms and closed a reverse merger, conducted foreign market entry analysis, sought out and negotiated partnership and vendor contracts with strategic partners in the US, Angola, Guinea and South America, raised over $700,000 in funding via private placement memorandum and underwrote commercial real estate loans that were syndicated for over $100 million. Mr. Stewart is confident navigating the cycle of development, site analysis and selection, working with underwriting and sourcing group, project conceptualization, architectural and engineering team selection and management, A&E & project costs review, planning development and execution management. Mr. Stewart is able to manage the project as a thought-leader from idea conceptualization to certificate of occupancy, for major renovation projects to ground-up projects.

He has drafted RFPs and proposals for projects, aided with feasibility analysis and budget preparation, provided oversight for team personnel, negotiated contracts with vendors and subcontractors, evaluated stakeholder acceptance/resistance to project, and managed projects to punch lists completion.

His client list has consisted of the largest REITs, Commercial Real Estate Developers and Pension Fund Advisors in the Northeastern and Southeastern USA. Mr. Stewart also developed a 25-lot subdivision and owned approximately 100 acres of undeveloped land, prior to joining Ciropic. Real estate is a passion for Kerry that he is striving to share with clients in a larger scale by co-founding Ciropic.

He earned his MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and his BBA from Howard University.
